RNLA was created to acquire, rehabilitate and sell foreclosed and abandoned single family and multi-unit properties to benefit low and moderate income families in the City of Los Angeles.
For Real Estate Agents
The submission period for this RFQ is now closed. Thank you to all agents who have submitted their qualifications. RNLA has received over 80 submissions and expects to have responses out to agents by the end of August. Please do not contact RNLA for an update on the status of your submission. You will be informed about the status of your submission as soon as a final decision has been made.
For a Data Management System
RNLA re-released the RFQ for Data Managment Systems on July 21, 2010. The registration deadline is August 2, 2010 and the submission deadline is August 9, 2010.
For Property Managers
On a rolling basis, experienced Property Managers are invited to submit a response to RNLA's posted RFQ for these management services. The original RFQ deadline was Nov. 12, 2009. With this announcement, that deadline is extended.

As of September 1, 2010, RNLA has purchased 82 single family and duplex properties and currently has 16 additional properties in escrow.

LAHD will be holding a Lender/Realtor Training on July 28, 2010 for LIPA, NSP/RNLA and MCC programs. This training is mandatory for Lenders who want to become an LAHD Approved Lender.
