Homebuyers must fulfill the following Program Requirements to purchase a home from RNLA:
1. Complete an eight (8) hour homebuyer education course from an LAHD approved Homebuyer Education Provider.
2. Obtain an eligible first mortgage loan from an LAHD approved Lender.
3. "Obtain Purchase Assistance Financing from LAHD." ( All homebuyers Must obtain purchasing assistance financing from LAHD to purchase a home from RNLA).
4. Occupy the home as your primary residence. (If the home you are purchasing is two units, both units must be occupied by you and your extended family).
