RNLA was created to acquire, rehabilitate and sell foreclosed and abandoned single family and multi-unit properties to benefit low and moderate income families in the City of Los Angeles.

ACCOUNTING SERVICES RFQ

Restore Neighborhoods LA INC. is requesting qualifications from qualified accounting firms to provide the accounting services for Chief Financial Officer Services, Accounting Manager, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Staff recruitment and training.


GENERAL CONTRACTOR RFQ

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is looking to qualify experienced Licensed General Contractors (B Licensure) to participate in the new construction of single-family and small multi-unit properties (typically between 2 – 4 units). 


ARCHITECTURAL FIRMS RFQ

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is soliciting Competitive Proposals from interested Architectural Firms (Firm) to design construction plans for the new construction of single-family houses and small multi-unit buildings (typically between 2 – 4 units). 


LED VENDORS RFP

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOODS LA, INC. (RNLA) is soliciting proposals from interested LED Vendors (Vendors) to supply LED (light emitting diode) fixtures for rehabilitated and newly constructed single-family and small multi-unit properties (typically between 2 – 16 units). 


LANDSCAPER RFQ

RESTORE NEIGHBORHOOD LA , INC. (RNLA) is seeking submissions of qualifications from Landscape Contractors in order to develop a list of qualified companies who will be eligible to contract with RNLA for the design and installation of drought tolerant landscapes at RNLA residential properties.

Recent Updates

As of February  6, 2012 RNLA has purchased 199 single family and duplex properties and  has an  additional 10 properties in escrow.


RNLA participated  in the Wells Fargo Neighborhood Lift event at the LA Convention Center on February 3-4th from 10:00am to 7:00pm.
